Ok, let’s talk email. You will be issued an @rtnow.net email. Typically, this is in the format firstname@rtnow.net (example, john@rtnow.net). Our emails are based on the G Suite for Business platform, so they are essentially gmail addresses with a custom domain name and some additional features.
We utilize email frequently to convey important information to all of our RTs quickly. As such, please make sure you choose an option for checking the email (whether on the phone, or via a web portal) that allows it to be front and center throughout your day.
Once you have been given your email and initial password, please click here: https://mail.rtnow.net
Log in using your username and password provided. It will then prompt you to set a new password. This can be anything you like. Just make sure that you remember it.
mail.rtnow.net will always be one way you can check your email. It is the web portal. If you would prefer to check it using your cell phone, this is fine as well.
The emails will automatically sync across all devices, so if you delete an email from your online portal, it will be deleted on your cell phone, and vice versa.
Please note that these emails contain sensitive information. If you choose to check your rtNOW email on a cell phone – you MUST have some form of password, fingerprint, or facial recognition lock active in case your phone gets lost or stolen.
