A cell phone with good coverage at the location you will take a video chat is required.  By “good coverage”, we mean that you must not drop calls, or have a history of calls going directly to voicemail.  If this is the case, you will need to change your cell phone carrier or your cell phone if you want to work with rtNOW.  The reason is that when a call gets routed to you, if your carrier sends it directly to voicemail, our clients will receive your personal voicemail message.  You can probably see why this is something we must avoid, and why good coverage at your location is a must.
