The minimum computer requirements are as follows:

A fairly new laptop or desktop computer.  (Last 5 years).

It must be free of all malware/spyware.

Microsoft Windows 7 or greater or a Mac iOS.

A working webcam and the ability to connect to a headphone/microphone combination, whether over bluetooth or direct connection.

iPads and other tablets ARE NOT SUPPORTED and WILL NOT WORK for rtNOW agents!

Netbooks, including Chromebook, have not been tested and are NOT recommended at this time.
