What are hot jobs?

Our account managers are our point of contact between CORE Staffing and the client. Our account managers receive hot jobs from our clients and will communicate those jobs to the recruiting team.  Account Managers will assign Hot Jobs to a specific recruiters based on their pipeline/MPC (Most Placeable Candidates).

Factors like location, bill rate, specialty,  & vendor will determine Hot Jobs.
Hot Jobs become your pipeline and will be a sole focus to recruit for.
Recruiters will post and publish the Hot Job/pipeline in Crelate and add candidates to each pipeline.
