Notifications contain crucial information for rtNOW agents, including:
- Incoming calls
- Missed call messages
- On a call messages
Each notification will have an action associated with it. These actions need to be clicked on to take affect.
A few important notes:
- The notifications will ONLY appear when the web page is scrolled to the top. Because of this, please be scrolled to the top of the scheduling page, when you are not using another part of the app. This will insure that you can see relevant notifications.
- You will be unable to take a video chat call while filling out an assessment form. This is true even if you have clicked the “assessment” button on top but took only a phone call. This is to insure that you do not lose the information you are entering into the assessment form when a new video chat comes in. Make sure that when you are done sending the fax you return to the scheduling page and scroll to the top. Clear any notifications that say you are on a call, so that you do not return a “busy” signal to clients.
- The “on a call” and “active call” notifications need to be cleared when you are done with a call in order to take a new call. Do this after the assessment form is filled, whether automatic form, or from the assessment button.
